01 ADNOC supplier registration

Decent Way is an ADNOC-approved transporter with supplier registration in the ADNOC Unified system. For buyers, this means we already sit inside the operator's qualified vendor framework — our fleet, drivers and HSE posture have been assessed against ADNOC's transport requirements. When you need to add us to a contract or call-off, the heavy lifting of prequalification is already done. Our ADNOC Unified supplier ID and registration details are available on request for your vendor onboarding.

02 Site access: CICPA & restricted zones

Access to ADNOC fields and other restricted facilities requires CICPA security clearance for both drivers and vehicles. We maintain current CICPA passes across our crew and units, so we can enter controlled zones without the delays that catch out unprepared carriers. This is the practical difference between a transporter that can reach Habshan, ASAB or Bu Hasa and one that stops at the gate.

03 Systems & driver certification

Compliance is something we operate, not just claim. Every vehicle in our fleet carries IVMS GPS telematics from an approved vendor, giving real-time visibility of speed, route adherence and harsh-driving events — the data trail that audits depend on. Our heavy-vehicle drivers hold ADSD defensive-driving certification, and our hazmat operations run under Abu Dhabi Civil Defence permits with approved dangerous-goods routes.

04 ICV, quality posture & insurance

As a locally based operator with a UAE fleet and team, Decent Way contributes positively to In-Country Value (ICV) — a factor that increasingly weights award decisions across ADNOC and the wider energy sector. Our operating practices are built around international HSE and quality management principles aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and we carry appropriate cargo and liability insurance.
