Transport to Habshan

Habshan is ADNOC's central onshore gas processing hub, where Bab-field gas is gathered, sweetened and stabilised. Decent Way runs CICPA-cleared tankers, hazmat units and equipment trailers to the complex from our Musaffah base.

What is at Habshan

The Habshan-Bab complex is one of the largest gas processing facilities in the region, taking associated and non-associated gas from the Bab field and surrounding onshore reservoirs and turning it into sales gas, condensate, sulphur and natural gas liquids. A facility of this scale runs a constant flow of inbound deliveries — diesel for plant equipment, chemicals and additives for the processing trains, spares, and project cargo during turnarounds and expansions.

  • Diesel and gas oil for generators, pumps and site plant
  • ADR-classified process chemicals and additives
  • Spares, valves and pipework on flatbed trailers
  • Project and over-dimensional cargo during turnarounds

The Musaffah-Habshan corridor

Habshan sits roughly 150km south-west of Musaffah, reached via the E11 and the inland gas-corridor roads toward the Bab and Bu Hasa fields. It is a well-travelled heavy-haulage route we run regularly, which means predictable transit times for scheduled supply and the ability to turn loads around the same day. We plan departures around plant access windows and convoy requirements so trucks arrive within their booked slots.

Restricted-area access

Habshan is a secured ADNOC facility, so both drivers and vehicles need valid CICPA passes to enter. Our crews and trucks are pre-cleared, IVMS-tracked and run by ADSD-certified drivers, and hazmat loads move under Civil Defence permits on approved routes. We keep gate and pass documentation current so your loads are not turned back at security.

  • CICPA passes for drivers and vehicles
  • IVMS GPS monitoring on every unit
  • ADSD-certified heavy-vehicle drivers
  • Civil Defence hazmat permits and approved routing
