Vehicles for every project role

Field operations need more than heavy haulage — they need reliable light vehicles to move supervisors, inspectors, HSE officers and small crews between the office, the yard and the work front. We match the vehicle to the task, whether that is a desert-spec 4x4 for an unpaved field track or a comfortable sedan for a city-based project team.

  • 1-ton pickups for material runs, tools and small loads
  • Double-cab 4x4 pickups for site supervision and crew runs
  • SUVs for crew mobility on rough and desert routes
  • Sedans for inspections, audits and office-based teams
  • Diesel and petrol variants available
  • Desert-spec preparation: recovery gear, flags and beacons where required
  • Single units or a coordinated pool for larger projects

Cleared for restricted ADNOC sites

A rental vehicle is only useful on an oil and gas project if it can actually reach the work front. Our light fleet and drivers are prepared to the same standard as our heavy operations, so a pickup arriving at an ADNOC gate carries the approvals and tracking that security and HSE teams expect. That is the difference between a vehicle that gets waved through and one that gets turned away.

  • ADNOC-insured vehicles compliant with site HSE standards
  • CICPA-cleared vehicles and drivers for restricted-area access
  • IVMS / GPS tracking with speed, route and journey monitoring
  • ADSD-certified, experienced drivers when hired with driver
  • Desert recovery readiness and roof beacons where site rules require

Fitted to the site standard before delivery

On an ADNOC site the fitment list decides whether a vehicle is accepted, not the badge on the vehicle. Requests reach us worded exactly that way — "diesel pickup with driver, with ADNOC approved fittings" — so we quote the vehicle and the fittings together rather than leaving you to arrange them after delivery. Tell us the operating site and we will match the list that site enforces, so the vehicle arrives ready for the gate.

  • Roof beacon and reflective site markings
  • IVMS unit with speed, route and harsh-event reporting
  • Desert flag, recovery gear and spare-wheel provision for off-road field work
  • Roll-over protection bar where the site requires it
  • Fire extinguisher and first-aid kit to site specification
  • Speed limiter set to the site limit

Flexible hire and uptime cover

Projects rarely run to a fixed calendar, so our hire terms flex with yours. Take a single 4x4 for a one-week inspection campaign, or build a monthly project package covering a full pool of supervision and crew vehicles for the duration of a contract. Every rental includes scheduled maintenance and replacement cover, so a breakdown never leaves your team without transport — we keep a vehicle on the road while yours is serviced.

  • Short-term, monthly and long-term contract hire
  • Monthly hire renewed month on month, billed against your PO or LPO
  • With-driver or self-drive options to suit your team
  • Monthly project packages for full vehicle pools
  • Scheduled servicing and like-for-like replacement cover
  • Coverage and dispatch across all seven Emirates

With or without driver

Every pickup and light vehicle can be hired two ways. With a driver (sometimes called wet lease), you get an ADSD-certified, CICPA-passed driver; fuel, maintenance and insurance sit with Decent Way, and journeys are followed by our dispatch desk. Without a driver (self-drive, or dry lease), the vehicle is supplied on a hire agreement for your own licensed staff — operation and site liability rest with the hirer, and a documented handover inspection records the vehicle’s condition at the start and end of hire. Either way, scheduled maintenance and replacement cover stay included.

Frequently asked questions

Can your rental vehicles enter restricted ADNOC sites?

Yes. Our pickups and light vehicles are ADNOC-insured and can be supplied CICPA-cleared with CICPA-cleared drivers for restricted-area access, fitted with IVMS tracking and any flags or beacons the site requires. Clearance documentation is available for your prequalification.

Do you offer vehicles with drivers or self-drive?

Both. You can hire light vehicles self-drive for your own staff, or with experienced ADSD-certified drivers when you need turnkey crew mobility. Either way the vehicle comes maintained, insured and ready for the work it is assigned to.

What happens if a rental vehicle breaks down on site?

Every rental includes maintenance and replacement cover. If a vehicle is taken off the road, our dispatch desk in Musaffah arranges a like-for-like replacement so your team is not left without transport. Call +971 58 227 4083 or send your requirement through the quote form for a response within 2 business hours.

Do you supply pickups with ADNOC-approved fittings?

Yes. We supply pickups fitted to the standard the operating site enforces — roof beacon, IVMS, desert flag and recovery gear as standard, plus roll bar, extinguisher, first-aid kit and speed limiter where that site specifies them. Name the site when you enquire and the vehicle arrives ready for the gate rather than needing work after delivery.

Is a 1-ton pickup available, and can we hire monthly against a PO?

Yes to both. We hire 1-ton pickups alongside double-cab 4x4s, SUVs and sedans, in diesel or petrol. Monthly hire is renewed month on month and billed against your PO or LPO with the vehicle plate on the invoice, so it reconciles against your own records.
