With Driver (wet hire)

Driver included by default: CICPA-passed and ADSD-certified, with fuel, maintenance and insurance carried by Decent Way and every trip managed by our Musaffah dispatch desk.

Without Driver (dry hire)

Bus only on a hire agreement, for operators with their own licensed bus drivers — operation and site liability rest with the hirer, with a handover inspection documented at delivery and return.

Who hires our 50-seater coaches

The 50-seater is the workhorse for moving a full team in one vehicle. Most bookings in Abu Dhabi are recurring corporate staff routes or one-off group movements — and the same coach handles both, with the driver, fuel and route plan managed by our dispatch desk.

Bus rental with driver — as standard

Every 50-seater goes out with a professional bus driver unless you request otherwise. Our drivers are ADSD-certified, and CICPA-passed drivers are assigned when a route touches restricted areas. For companies running their own transport departments, we can also release the coach on a self-drive hire agreement.

On monthly staff contracts we fix the pick-up points, timings and a named driver, monitor every trip over IVMS, and carry maintenance and insurance — so the route keeps running without your involvement.

Can we hire a 50-seater bus monthly for staff transport?

Yes. Monthly and long-term staff-route contracts are our most common 50-seater booking — fixed pick-up schedule, a named driver and IVMS-monitored trips.

How many passengers do your coaches seat?

Typically 50–53 depending on configuration, with a seat belt on every seat and under-floor luggage bays. For larger crews or routes into ADNOC restricted areas, our 60+ seat CICPA staff buses are the better fit.
