01 Who we are

Decent Way Transportation LLC is an ADNOC-approved oil and gas transport company based at Al Maqtaa Commercial Complex, Az Zad 2 Street, Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We operate this website, decentway.ae, as an informational site about our services.

02 What we collect

decentway.ae is a static informational website with no user accounts. Personal data reaches us mainly in two ways: the details you type into our quote and contact form, and limited technical data processed by our infrastructure — Cloudflare, our hosting and security provider, keeps standard server and security logs, and Cloudflare Turnstile, the spam-protection check on the form, processes data such as IP address and browser characteristics under Cloudflare's own privacy terms. We also use analytics and advertising-measurement tools that process usage data (see Cookies below).

Through the form, you may choose to submit:

• Name and company name
• Work email address and phone number
• Service required, dates, and cargo or route details
• Site-access requirements, such as whether the site needs CICPA or ADNOC clearance
• An optional message

03 How we use your information

We use the details you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and plan and operate the transport or hire you have requested. We also keep the records a business reasonably needs of the enquiries it receives, and we may use your information where necessary to meet legal obligations that apply to us in the UAE.

We do not use your details for marketing lists or profiling.

04 How your information is shared

When you submit the form, your details are sent to our operations team as an email. Delivery is handled by a form-processing service running on Cloudflare Workers together with an email delivery provider, and the website itself does not store your submission in a database.

Apart from these service providers — and Cloudflare as our hosting and CDN provider — we share personal data only where needed to respond to you or where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data, and the contents of your enquiry are not shared for advertising. Our analytics and advertising providers (Google, Meta and LinkedIn) also receive usage and conversion signals — such as that a quote request was submitted — to measure site and campaign performance, as described under Cookies.

05 Cookies

We use cookies to run the site and to understand how it is used. Cloudflare and Cloudflare Turnstile set strictly necessary technical cookies to deliver the site securely and tell genuine visitors from automated traffic, under Cloudflare's own privacy terms. We also use analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, managed through Google Tag Manager) to understand site traffic and measure our advertising. You can opt out through your browser settings or the providers' own controls, such as Google Ads Settings.

06 Security and retention

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you send us, and our providers apply their own safeguards while your message is transmitted and delivered. Please avoid including sensitive details your enquiry does not require.

Form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep legitimate business records.

07 Your rights and how to contact us

We handle personal data in line with applicable UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by writing to op@decentway.ae, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

08 Updates to this policy

This policy is effective as of 18 July 2026, which is also its last-updated date. We may revise it from time to time — for example, when the website or our providers change — and the current version will always be available on this page.
