Drivers matched to the vehicle

A driver is only as useful as his fit with the vehicle and the route. Our dispatch desk assigns each job a driver who is licensed in the UAE for the vehicle he operates and experienced on that specific unit type — the loads it takes, the sites it enters and the checks it needs before rolling.

How the engagement works

Our standard mode is simple: the driver is deployed with our fleet. You book the transport task, and the driver arrives with a Decent Way vehicle — fuel, maintenance and insurance on us, the trip managed end to end by our dispatch desk. That keeps licensing, liability and gate passes in one clean package under one vendor.

Our standard model deploys drivers together with our fleet — that keeps licensing, insurance and site liability in one package. If you need driver coverage beyond that, contact our team through the quote form to discuss the extended arrangement for your project.

Are your drivers cleared for ADNOC field sites?

Yes. We deploy drivers with active CICPA passes for ADNOC restricted areas, ADSD safe-driving certification and IVMS-monitored vehicles — the combination field-site gates and HSE teams check for. Documentation is available on request.

Which vehicle types can your drivers operate?

Our driver pool covers 40 ft flatbed trailers, lowbed trailers for heavy equipment, staff buses and vans, and pickups and light vehicles. Dispatch matches each job to a driver licensed and experienced on that vehicle type — tell us the unit and route and we will assign accordingly.
