Cleared for restricted-site crew changes

Moving people in and out of ADNOC field sites needs the same clearances as moving cargo. Our drivers and vehicles are ADNOC-insured and CICPA-cleared, so crews pass the gate without the delays that turn back uncleared operators. Every driver holds a valid UAE heavy-passenger licence and works to an HSE-first journey management plan covering rest stops, speed limits and route discipline.

Monthly contracts or ad-hoc charters

Most of our bus work is recurring oilfield crew transport on monthly contracts: camp-to-site shift runs from accommodation in Musaffah and ICAD out to plants and field sites on the Ruwais and Habshan corridors, timed to your shift pattern with consistent, site-inducted drivers. We also cover one-off charters — a single mobilisation, an event transfer or an airport pickup. Dispatch runs from our Musaffah base across all seven Emirates, and a quote for a monthly bus-with-driver contract is back with you within 2 hours during business hours.

Frequently asked questions

Can your buses enter ADNOC field sites?

Yes. Our staff buses and their drivers are ADNOC-insured and CICPA-cleared for entry to restricted ADNOC field sites, so crew changes are not turned back at the gate. Clearance documentation is available on request for your prequalification.

What bus sizes do you offer?

We operate 15-seat minibuses, 30–35 seat mid-size buses, 50-seat coaches and 60+ seat staff buses, all air-conditioned and fitted with seatbelts. We match the vehicle to your crew size and route, and can scale the fleet up for large workforce moves.

Do you provide drivers, or just the vehicles?

Both. With-driver hire is the default: every bus comes with a licensed professional driver trained in defensive driving and journey management, and recurring shift contracts get consistent drivers familiar with your route and site induction. Bus-only (dry) hire without a driver is also available on a documented hire agreement for your own licensed drivers. Routes into restricted CICPA-controlled sites always run with our CICPA-passed drivers.
