01 What is at Mirfa and Hameem

Mirfa is a coastal industrial town built around power generation and water desalination, with growing renewable and industrial activity along the Al Dhafra shoreline. Hameem, inland and nearby, functions as a logistics and staging node on the route deeper into the Al Dhafra fields. Together they generate a mix of demand: fuel for plants and generators, equipment and spares for the power and water facilities, water haulage, and project cargo for construction and infrastructure work in the region.

02 The coastal Al Dhafra route

Mirfa sits roughly 120km west of Musaffah along the E11 coastal highway toward Al Dhafra, with Hameem reached by branching inland from the same corridor. It is one of the shorter Al Dhafra runs, which keeps transit predictable and allows same-day round trips. Because Mirfa and Hameem also sit on the way to the deeper southern fields, we can combine deliveries efficiently — staging cargo at Hameem or topping up Mirfa facilities on routes that continue further west.
