When and where we respond

Our recovery units run day and night shifts, dispatching to the major Abu Dhabi and inter-emirate highways as well as the long oilfield corridors where help is hardest to reach. From the Musaffah-Ruwais-Habshan routes to remote desert tracks, we get a recovery unit to the vehicle and the situation under control — round the clock.

What we recover

Heavy recovery is a different discipline from light towing. Our crews are equipped to lift, winch and tow loaded and unloaded heavy units safely, including the added care a laden tanker or oversized load demands. We manage the recovery from making the scene safe to moving the vehicle and cargo to the nearest workshop or yard.

When is your recovery service available?

Recovery runs round the clock — our units work day and night shifts. Call or WhatsApp +971 58 227 4083 with your location and vehicle type and we will mobilise the right recovery unit to the scene. (Office and quotes: Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00.)

Can you recover a loaded tanker or heavy trailer?

Yes. Our crews are equipped for heavy recovery of loaded and unloaded prime movers, trailers and tankers, handling laden and oversized units with the extra care and securing they require to move safely to a workshop or yard.

Do you reach breakdowns inside restricted oilfield areas?

Yes. Because our drivers and vehicles are CICPA-cleared, we can respond to breakdowns inside restricted ADNOC zones and along remote oilfield corridors that general recovery operators cannot access.
