Our work runs on a team of skilled people across driving, operations, safety and maintenance. While specific openings vary, the roles we recruit for most often are the ones that keep an oil and gas transport operation moving safely and on schedule.

What we look for

Above all, we look for people who put safety first and take ownership of their work. For driving roles, a valid UAE heavy-vehicle licence is essential, and eligibility for ADSD defensive-driving certification and CICPA security clearance is a strong advantage — these are what let our crews access ADNOC field sites. A clean driving record, experience with oil and gas or dangerous-goods cargo, and the discipline to follow journey plans and HSE procedures all matter. For dispatch, HSE and maintenance roles, we value relevant experience, attention to detail and a genuine commitment to doing things the right way.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need CICPA clearance before applying?

Not necessarily. Existing CICPA clearance is an advantage, but eligibility is what matters most for field-access roles — we can support the clearance process for suitable candidates. A valid UAE heavy-vehicle licence is essential for driving positions.

Are there openings only for drivers?

No. Alongside heavy-vehicle drivers we recruit dispatchers and operations coordinators, HSE officers, mechanics and fleet-maintenance technicians, and yard support staff. Send your CV and we will consider you against current and upcoming needs.
