Getting a trailer into an ADNOC field or a restricted port is not about the trailer — it is about the pass. Our flatbed fleet carries current CICPA clearances so a unit can enter the zones your cargo is going to without you arranging permits, sponsoring drivers or waiting on gate approvals. Passes are kept valid and renewed on our side, and each unit is matched to the zone it needs to reach.

02 Zone clearances, and renewals mid-contract

Passes are issued per area, and the detail we need is simply where the truck has to report. Give us the site or the zone and we will confirm whether a unit already holds that clearance or the pass has to be raised, and roughly how long that takes, before you commit to anything. The part people ask about most on long hires is what happens when a pass expires halfway through: on units hired from us, that is our job. We track the expiry and re-apply, so a trailer on a monthly or yearly contract does not stop at the gate mid-programme.

03 Rent by the trip, month or year

The same trailer, three ways to take it. For a one-off move we quote a single trip on your route. For steady work — a port shuttle, a field programme, a project mobilisation — a monthly hire gives you a unit on call at a fixed rate. And for operators who need capacity locked in, a yearly dedicated contract puts named trailers and drivers on your account. Because our units run day and night shifts, a hired trailer can move round the clock; the office simply handles bookings and quotes during business hours.

04 Port shuttles and field lanes we run daily

CICPA trailers are the backbone of our port and field work: container and cargo shuttles between Khalifa Port, Fujairah and Khorfakkan, and deliveries into the ADNOC corridors out to Ruwais, Habshan, ASAB and Bu Hasa. Drivers are CICPA-cleared and ADSD-certified, and every unit is IVMS-tracked, so a trailer you hire is one that can already clear the gate and reach the site.

05 With driver or trailer-only

Our standard hire comes with a CICPA-passed, ADSD-certified driver, with fuel, maintenance and insurance on Decent Way and dispatch managing the route. Where you run your own cleared drivers, we can supply the trailer only on a hire agreement, with a documented handover inspection at the start and end of hire.
