Approved, cleared & compliant

  • CICPA — Critical Infrastructure and Coastal Protection Authority
  • Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority

What CICPA clearance means for your cargo

Access to ADNOC onshore fields is controlled by the Critical Infrastructure and Coastal Protection Authority (CICPA). Both the driver and the vehicle must hold valid CICPA passes before they are allowed through the gate — a single missing clearance turns a truck away at the checkpoint. We carry these clearances as standard, so mobilisation is never held up by access paperwork.

  • CICPA passes held for both drivers and vehicles
  • ADNOC Unified supplier registration on record
  • Locally based fleet supporting In-Country Value targets
  • Gate documentation prepared and verified before dispatch
  • Cleared crews familiar with field-site entry and HSE induction

Field sites we serve from Musaffah

From our Musaffah base we run the Abu Dhabi oilfield corridors daily, supplying upstream and processing sites across Al Dhafra. We plan each run around the site distance, gate timings and the cargo type so your delivery lands inside its window.

  • Habshan (~150 km) — onshore gas processing and Habshan-Bab plants
  • Bab (~140 km) — nearest major onshore oil and gas field
  • Bu Hasa (~190 km) — one of ADNOC Onshore’s largest oilfields
  • ASAB (~210 km) — Asab onshore oilfield
  • Ruwais (~240 km) — refining, Borouge, TA’ZIZ and Ruwais LNG
  • Shah (~270 km) — Shah sour-gas field / Al Hosn Gas

Route discipline and accountability

Restricted-area work demands more than a pass at the gate. Every unit runs on IVMS GPS so journeys are monitored against the approved route, speed and timing — giving ADNOC contract holders and your own HSE team a verifiable record of each movement. ADSD-certified drivers and HSE-first operating discipline keep the audit trail clean.

Frequently asked questions

Do your drivers and vehicles have CICPA passes?

Yes. Both our drivers and vehicles hold valid CICPA passes for entry to restricted ADNOC field sites, which is mandatory at the gate. We maintain these clearances continuously so there is no delay mobilising to site.

Which ADNOC field sites can you deliver to?

We run regular routes from Musaffah to Habshan, Bab, Bu Hasa, ASAB, Ruwais and Shah, plus Mirfa, Hameem and the Barakah area. If your site sits inside a restricted ADNOC zone, our cleared fleet can reach it.

Are you a registered ADNOC supplier?

Yes. Decent Way holds ADNOC supplier registration and a locally based fleet, and we can provide our supplier ID and clearances for your contract prequalification on request.
