Heavy loads built for lowbeds

A lowbed’s low deck height and multi-axle spread are what make it possible to move tall, heavy and concentrated loads legally on UAE roads. We configure axle lines and deck type to the weight and dimensions of each unit, keeping axle loads within limits and the machine stable in transit.

  • Excavators, dozers, graders and wheel loaders
  • Cranes, drilling units and oilfield rig packages
  • Transformers, generators and large static plant
  • Pre-fabricated modules, vessels and skids
  • Tracked and oversized machinery requiring a low deck

Route surveys and permits first

Oversized and heavy moves are planned, not improvised. Before mobilisation we survey the route for bridge ratings, overhead clearances, roundabouts and tight turns, then secure the abnormal-load permits and any escort requirements with the relevant authorities. The result is a movement plan that avoids surprises on the day.

  • Pre-move route survey for clearances and load limits
  • Abnormal-load and oversize permits with authorities
  • Escort vehicles and night-movement planning where required
  • Loading, securing and centre-of-gravity verification
  • IVMS GPS tracking and disciplined low-speed transit

From plant yard to remote field site

We move heavy machinery between equipment yards, ports, fabrication shops and project sites across the UAE, including the long oilfield corridors out to Habshan, Ruwais, ASAB and Bu Hasa. CICPA-cleared drivers and vehicles let our lowbeds enter restricted ADNOC sites, and ADSD-certified heavy-vehicle operators handle the load with an HSE-first discipline throughout.

With or without driver

Lowbeds are available as a full heavy-haul service or as trailer hire. With a driver (sometimes called wet lease), the unit comes with a CICPA-passed, ADSD-certified heavy-vehicle driver; fuel, maintenance and insurance sit with Decent Way, and our dispatch manages the route, permits and every movement. Without a driver (dry lease), we supply the trailer only on a hire agreement — operation, permits and site liability rest with the hirer, and a documented handover inspection records the unit’s condition at the start and end of hire. Send your scope through the quote form or call +971 58 227 4083 and we will confirm the right arrangement within 2 business hours.

Frequently asked questions

How much weight can your lowbed trailers carry?

Our multi-axle lowbed fleet carries loads up to 80 tons, with heavier moves arranged under permit, with axle configuration matched to each unit. Share the weight, dimensions and load points and we will confirm the right trailer and any permit needs.

Do you arrange permits and route surveys?

Yes. For oversized and heavy moves we carry out a route survey for clearances and load limits, secure abnormal-load permits with the authorities and arrange escorts or night movement where the route or load requires it.

Can you transport machinery to remote oilfield sites?

Yes. Our CICPA-cleared lowbeds and ADSD-certified drivers deliver heavy machinery to restricted ADNOC field sites including Habshan, Ruwais, ASAB and Bu Hasa, as well as ports and project sites across the UAE.
