Hire options
With Driver (wet hire)
Default for restricted-site work: a CICPA-passed, ADSD-certified driver, with fuel, maintenance and insurance on Decent Way and every route journey-managed by our Musaffah dispatch desk.
Without Driver (dry hire)
Bus only on a hire agreement, where your own cleared drivers operate the unit — operation and site liability rest with the hirer, with a handover inspection documented at delivery and return.
Quote-only — send your requirement through the form or call our dispatch desk.
Camp-to-site crew transport, run daily
The 60+ seat staff bus is our anchor unit for workforce movement: fixed camp-to-gate routes that repeat every shift, every day. We build the schedule around your roster, assign named drivers to each route, and keep the same buses on the same runs so gate staff, supervisors and crews know exactly what arrives and when.
- Labour and staff bus routes across Musaffah, ICAD and KEZAD
- Crew changes to ADNOC field sites including Habshan, Ruwais, ASAB and Bu Hasa
- Refinery, petrochemical and construction shift transport
- Camp-to-gate schedules aligned with your shift roster
- Standby capacity for shutdowns, turnarounds and project peaks
Built for restricted-area entry
Getting a bus through the gate of an ADNOC concession area takes more than a booking — the driver, the vehicle and the paperwork all have to clear. Our staff buses run with both sides of that equation in place, and our operations team prepares the documentation your gate and HSE reviewers ask for. CICPA pass processing is tied to an active contract with the concession holder, so talk to us early and we will plan the lead time into your mobilisation.
- CICPA-passed drivers and CICPA-passed buses — both are checked at the gate
- IVMS fitted and monitored on every unit, as required in CICPA-controlled zones
- ADSD-certified drivers for concession-area and desert-route driving
- Vehicle and driver documentation prepared for gate clearance and client HSE review
Shift patterns and journey management
Crew transport lives or dies by the schedule — so our Musaffah dispatch desk plans and journey-manages every route. Day, night and rotating crew-change shifts are all standard, every trip is logged and monitored over IVMS, and standby planning covers breakdowns and surge demand during turnarounds. Most staff-bus work runs on monthly or long-term contracts with a fixed route plan and a single point of contact.
Send your camp locations, site gates, headcount and shift roster through the quote form, or call or WhatsApp +971 58 227 4083 — we respond with a quote within 2 hours during business hours.
Frequently asked questions
Can your staff buses enter ADNOC restricted areas?
Yes. Both the drivers and the buses hold CICPA passes, IVMS is fitted and monitored on every unit, and documentation is prepared for gate clearance. Because CICPA pass processing is tied to an active contract with the concession holder, contact us early so the lead time is planned into your mobilisation.
How many seats do your staff buses have?
Typically 60–66 depending on configuration — all air-conditioned, with a seat belt on every seat, in line with Abu Dhabi (ITC) requirements for staff transport. For smaller teams, our 50-seater coaches cover the same routes.
Do you run night shifts and crew-change rotations?
Yes — staff-bus routes run on day, night and rotating crew-change patterns, with every trip journey-managed and logged by our dispatch desk.
