What Affects Your Transport Quote
Transport is quoted per job, not off a price list — because two moves that look similar can cost very differently once weight, route and access are factored in. Here is what actually drives a heavy-transport or trailer-hire quote in the UAE, so you know what to expect and what to send us.

The load: weight, size and type
The single biggest driver is the load itself. Weight and dimensions decide which trailer and how many axles are needed — a job that fits a standard flatbed costs differently from one that needs a four-axle lowbed or, beyond that, modular transport. Whether the cargo is over-height, over-width or out-of-gauge matters too, because that pulls in permits, escorts and route planning. Dangerous goods add certified drivers, placarding and approved-route rules on top.

The route and the access
Distance is the obvious part, but the route also decides the effort. A run deep into Al Dhafra or across to Oman is not the same as an inter-zone shuttle in Musaffah. Restricted access changes things too: sites that need CICPA clearance, gate documentation or timed entry windows all shape how a job is planned. Because our drivers and vehicles are already CICPA-cleared, that access is built in rather than a separate hurdle — but it is part of what a quote reflects.
Time, term and what is included
How you take the service matters as much as the load. A single trip is priced one way; a monthly or yearly dedicated hire is priced another, usually more favourably per unit because capacity is reserved. Waiting and detention — time a truck spends held at a gate or loading point — can be part of the cost, which is why fast turnaround helps everyone. And whether you take a unit with a driver or operator (fuel, maintenance and insurance included) or trailer-only on a hire agreement changes what the quote covers. We set these out clearly so there are no surprises.

Why don’t you publish a price list?
Because a fair price depends on the load, the route and the access, and two similar-looking jobs can differ a lot once those are factored in. Publishing a flat table would either overcharge simple moves or under-scope complex ones. Instead we quote each job clearly and quickly.

Four things move fastest: cargo weight and dimensions, pickup and drop-off points, site access (CICPA-restricted or open), and the term you want — single trip, monthly or yearly. With those we can size the trailer, flag permits or escorts, and quote, usually within 2 business hours.
Is a monthly contract cheaper than per-trip?
Usually per unit, yes — a monthly or yearly dedicated hire reserves capacity for you and is generally priced more favourably than a series of one-off trips. If you have steady volume or a recurring lane, tell us and we will quote the term that fits.
